21-Day Servo-Mechanism Reset — Core Principles & Daily Practice
The 7 Core Principles
- 1.The Self-Image: Your internal blueprint determines your external reality.
- 2.The Servo-Mechanism: Your brain is an automatic goal-seeking device.
- 3.Mental Rehearsal: Your nervous system can't distinguish vivid imagination from reality.
- 4.The Relaxation Response: The gateway state for all reprogramming work.
- 5.De-Hypnosis: Most limitations are learned beliefs, not facts — they can be unlearned.
- 6.Rational Thinking: Test beliefs against evidence, not emotion.
- 7.The Success Mechanism: Activate S-U-C-C-E-S-S — Sense of direction, Understanding, Courage, Charity, Esteem, Self-confidence, Self-acceptance.

Quick Relaxation Protocol
- 1.Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take three slow, deep breaths.
- 2.Mentally say: "I am going to relax completely."
- 3.Focus on your forehead — imagine tension melting away. Let warmth spread down your face and jaw.
- 4.Relax your neck and shoulders. Let them drop fully. Feel heaviness.
- 5.Move attention down each arm to your fingertips. Let them go limp.
- 6.Relax your chest and abdomen. Breathe naturally and slowly.
- 7.Release tension from your hips, thighs, calves, and feet.
- 8.Scan your whole body once more. Wherever you find tension, breathe into it and release.
The Mental Rehearsal Formula
- 1.Relax: Enter a calm state using the protocol above.
- 2.Set the scene: Vividly picture the environment where you want to succeed.
- 3.See yourself acting: Watch yourself performing exactly as you wish — confident, capable, at ease.
- 4.Engage all senses: Hear the sounds, feel the textures, notice the details. Make it real.
- 5.Feel the outcome: Experience the emotions of success — satisfaction, pride, calm certainty.
Key Reminders
“You act, and feel, not according to what things are really like, but according to the image your mind holds of what they are like.”
“The self-image can be changed. Countless case histories have shown that one is never too young nor too old to change.”
“Do not tolerate for a minute the idea that you are prohibited from any achievement by the nature of your self-image.”
Remember: It takes a minimum of 21 days for an old mental image to dissolve and a new one to form. Be patient with the process.
